b.	RM100 – RM1000	Service charge: RM5.00
c.	Above RM1000 and every subsequent RM1000 or part thereof	Additional service charge: RM5.00 example: Exchange of RM1200.00 - First RM1000 - RM5.00 - Remaining RM200 - RM5.00 Service charge: RM10.00 Exchange of RM2800.00 - First RM1000 - RM5.00 - Next RM1000 - RM5.00 - Remaining RM800 - RM5.00 Service charge: RM15.00
