Wealth Xtra Benefits
Compassionate Benefit (Death)
Wealth Xtra pays 125% of the Single Premium (Sum Assured)
or Account Value, whichever is higher, upon death.
Compassionate Benefits (Total & Permanent
Disability)
In the event of Total and Permanent Disability (TPD),
Wealth Xtra will pay the Sum Assured or Account Value,
whichever is higher. TPD coverage is up to age 60.
Auto Acceptance
There is no underwriting on Life Assured for the first
RM 50,000 Single Premium Invested **.
100% Premium Allocation
100% of the Single Premium after deduction of policy fee,
will be allocated into investment.
Investment Option
You decide on the fund(s) you want to invest your money in.
Your selection will depend on your investment objective
and risk tolerance. Wealth Xtra offers a choice of three
professionally managed funds:
Uni Strategic Fund A fund which seeks to achieve consistent capital appreciation
over the medium-to-long term, by investing mainly in
companies that have been systematically screened through
a series of predetermined financial criteria.
Uni Aggressive Fund A fund which seeks
to achieve consistent and above average capital
appreciation over the medium-to-long, by investing
mainly in companies with a market capitalization
of no more than RM 750 million at the time of acquisition.
Uni AsiaEquity Fund A fund which seeks to achieve capital preservation
over the medium-term while providing a stable long-term
and secured income return by investing primarily in
a portfolio of investment-grade fixed income securities.
Professional Fund Management
The funds invested through Wealth Xtra are managed by UOB-OSK
Asset Management Sdn. Bhd.
Flexibility in Managing Your Own Portfolio
You may start your investment plan from as low as RM 5,000.
Thereafter, you may top-up, make partial or full withdrawal
or switch between the two funds. The following are tips
for you to manage your investment smartly.
Top-up If you find the investment environment flavourable,
you may wish to top-up your investment from time
to time. The minimum top-up premium is RM 1,000 per
fund. 100% of the top-up amount will be allocated
for investment.
Partial of Full Withdrawal You may make partial or full withdrawal
at any time. Partial withdrawal from a minimum of
RM 1,000 is allowed as long as you maintain a minimum
balance of RM 1,000 in Account value at all times.
Upon withdrawal, the Sum Assured for Death and/ TPD
will be reduced accordingly. In the event you make
full withdrawal, your policy will be terminated.
Switching You may switch between funds, either fully
or partial at any time.
Weekly Pricing
The pricing of the funds shall be on every Thursday. The
purchase (Offer Price) and sale (Bid Price) of the investment-linked
fund is based on forward pricing.
Should a Thursday fall on a public holiday, state holiday
or any other holiday, the next business day shall be
the pricing day for that week.
**The limit is on per life basic.

under the Uni Strategic and Uni Aggressive Funds.

Eligibility
This fund is open to anyone aged 6
months to 70 years old. The minimum age for a proposer is 18 years
old. The minimum investment is RM 5, 000.
