To Register to Internet Banking as First Time User, kindly follow the steps below: |

Proceed to ‘First Time User Registration’ |

To retrieve a Forgotten User ID and Change Password, kindly follow the steps below: |

Click on ‘Forgot User ID’ in the login page and then ‘Get a T-PIN’ link |

Select your preference T-PIN request method (Debit or Credit Card) |

Fill in the required information and click ‘Next’ to proceed |
| |

|
A T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number |
| |

Proceed to ‘Forgot User ID/Password’ |

To change your registered mobile phone number, please Login to your Personal Internet Banking and follow the steps below: |

|
Select ‘My Profile’ and then ‘Change Mobile Phone Number’ |
| |
|
|
Click on the ‘Get a T-PIN’ link and select your preference T-PIN request method (Debit or Credit Card) |

|
|
Fill in the required information and click on ‘Next’ to proceed |
| |
|
|
A T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number |
